Saving your favourite knowledge base item or incident reported is simple! All you need to do is click on the "Add to Bookmarks" link on the top of every article you want to keep track of.
At the main menu, when ever you want to review the bookmarks you have saved, click on the Bookmarks option
And all your saved bookmarks will be displayed to you.
